Since our founding, BARC has rescued and placed over 1,200 at-risk Bernese Mountain Dogs in loving homes. Rescue work is costly — but the cost of doing nothing is far greater. Your generous donations make it possible for us to provide vital care, including routine and emergency veterinary treatment, spaying/neutering, vaccinations, life-saving medical care for critically ill or malnourished dogs, and genetic testing when needed.Your support also helps us carefully screen adoptive families and educate the public about the harsh realities of puppy mills and high-volume commercial breeding.
